OPEN is partnering with the Empowerment Project, which launched in 2022 with the mission of bringing skills workshops, job matching, and career counseling at zero cost. Collectively, we will empower individuals to take control of their professional development, providing them with the network, guidance, skills, and support necessary to achieve success and fulfillment in their careers.

The Career Development program will focus on specific skill development such as social networking, brand development, public speaking, career planning, self-promotion and positioning, career strategies, and job search skills, mastering each stage of the process to land the right opportunity. We will also promote a culture of unity where we empower one another with our strengths.
