A lot of us are feeling anxious and uncertain about the current situation at hand. While there’s a lot we cannot control environmentally, there are some skills we can learn to stay calm.

Second session:

-Distress Tolerance (DBT skill)

Natasha Kazmi is a licensed Psychotherapist in San Jose, California. She offers therapy and coaching to children, teenagers, adults, couples, and families.
